Delivery

Orders are fulfilled per store. Delivery fees are set by each store and shown at checkout; some stores waive the fee above a minimum order value. You can track your order's progress from confirmation to delivery in your orders.

Returns

You can request a return on a deliveredorder. Open the order, choose the items and quantities you'd like to return, and tell us why. The store reviews each request and approves, rejects, or refunds it.

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method (or settled against a cash-on-delivery order). Returned items are restocked once the refund is processed.
